Renowned Pakistani based Artists visited Australia to perform a Pakistani classical theatrical play named “Taleem-e-Balighan and Rubaru”. It was performed on Saturday 22nd April 2017 at Rockdale Town hall. The legendary artists consist of Qavi Khan, Qazi Wajid, Bahroz Sabzwari, Shazad Raza, Ayaz Khan, Javed Rizvi came all the way from Pakistan to perform a play in Australia along with local artist Farjad Mehmood .
The play was attended by many dignitaries including Consul General of Pakistan Mr Abdul Majid Yousfani, Honorable Shaoqett Moselmane opposition whip, NSW Parliament and also famous community members including President of Pakistan Association, Abbbas Rana ,CEO EasyLink Group, Mr Muhammad Asif and many others.
Mr Javed Nazer of Koocha-e-Saqafat put his full efforts to make this event successful which was not only praised by the audience but also Qavi khan, Bahroz Sabzwari and all other guests came from Pakistan.
After the play, the second round started under the name of “Rubaru” in which all visiting artists described about themselves that how they started their career and what they have achieved in their lives. Qavi Khan informed that after his last visit to Sydney , he approached all these artists to visit Australia whose audience is described to be the best in the world. He said today it is proven to all my artists who has been given standing ovation by the spectators. Bahroz Sbzwari & Shahzad Raza, both thanked the audience for their full attention and support to this play.This drama was written in 1954 and all dialogues were the same as it is without any addition by the artists.
