Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed on Friday 2nd August 2, 2019 between the two organizations in Consulate General Office in Sydney. MOU was signed by Mr Muhammad Asif , president APC & Mr Hasan Gencturk, Sydney President signed on behalf of MUSIAD. On this occasion Mr. Abdul Majid Yousfani, Consul General Of Pakistan and Mr Melih Karalar, Consul General Of Turkey were also present and signed as a witness for this MOU. The MOU is likely to pave the way for a lasting and fruitful relationship between the two bodies.
Mr Hasan Gencturk presented a souvenir to Mr Muhammad Asif as a good gesture on this memorable occasion. The APC team members present on the occasion were, Mr.Ejaz Paracha, Vice President, Mr Mohammed Abid, Treasurer while MUSIAD team included Mr Yuksel Cifci Baskan .
Mr Muhammad Asif in his speech reiterated that they will be facilitating MUSIAD to promote existing and potential businesses. He thanked Consul General Pakistan Mr Abdul.Majid Yousfani for organizing this event and offered his office to sign this MOU.
He also thanked Consul General of Turkey Mr Melih Karalar for sparing his precious time and witnessed this occasion.
Mr Hasan in his speech said that they want to utilize this MOU by implementing it and not keep it just a document. He said this will further strengthen their relationship with APC.
Consul General of Pakistan Mr Abdul Majid Yousfani spoke about APC establishment and how they have strengthened during the last 12 months.He said this body has signed MOU with various business organizations in Pakistan and advised that how they will be helping each other to make it feasible for both organizations.
Consul General of Turkey Mr Melih Karalar thanked CG Pakistan for providing this opportunity and hoped that this MOU will be a good addition to grow business between Turkey, Australia & Pakistan.
He said APC and MUSIAD will play their role to boost business relationship between the countries.
In the end Mr Asif thanked Trade development Officer Mr Asad Jatoi for his efforts to organizing this event.
Overal this was a successful event organized by Consulate General Office in Sydney.
