H.E Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri High Commissioner for Pakistan invited world renowned Sculptor Mr. Anjum Ayaz, Mr. Muhammad Asif President Australia Pakistan Chamber of Trade & Commerce with his wife, Mr Mohammed Abid, Treasurer, Australia Pakistan Chamber of Trade, Commerce & Industry and Mr Javed Nazar of Koocha E Saqafat with his wife. The purpose of visit was to introduce Mr Anjum Ayaz artwork displayed in various parts of the world that includes sculpture in Bondi Beach Australia. He has recently received pride of performance from Government of Pakistan for his outstanding work in this field.
The High Commissioner was informed about the achievements of Mr Anjum Ayaz and it was a surprise to note that PIA logo in Urdu is also made by this renowned artist. The H.C appreciated the artwork of Mr Anjum Ayaz and reiterated that he will continue to do more and more work for the country.
Mr Muhammad Asif President of Australia Pakistan Chamber also informed about the chamber activities to promote the business between Australia and Pakistan. He informed that currently one of their member has inducted huge investment in property development in Pakistan and more will be invested in near future.
The scrumptious lunch was served to all the delegates. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food and above all hospitality of H.E Zahid Hafeez Chaudhri High Commissioner for Pakistan and his wife Dr. Sabina Hafeez.
